Toby's Legacy Pups LLC Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is: For puppies without any genetic defects up to 5 months of age
We will take back your puppy but we can’t offer you a full refund.
On returned puppies, we will refund you the customer 25% of the original cost of the puppy excluding any delivery fees and taxes.
To be eligible for a return, your puppy must be on a vet recommended vaccination & deworming schedule and in good health.

To complete your return, we require the original Vet Certificate , Health Guarantee and Vaccination & Deworming Schedule that was included with your puppy purchase.
On partial refunds the seller has 30 days to pay out the 25 % puppy refund.
Late or missing refunds
- ~ If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check the method of payment used to buy your puppy as we normally refund pay out refunds in this manner.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
